CPET helpline

The Helpline provides advice on how to meet the government’s timber procurement policy for legality and sustainability and is available to public sector buyers and their suppliers. Specific advice can be provided to individual enquirers on whether the information for a particular product is adequate. 

The CPET helpline also provides advice and information on sustainable palm oil for UK businesses and government procurers.
