If you have a comment or complaint relating to CPET’s services you can tell us by telephone on: +44 (0) 1305 236 100 or email: email@example.com. The issue will be forwarded to the Oversight Committee who will discuss the extent to which complaints or concerns from third parties are justified and the actions taken by CPET to resolve justified complaints. For more information about the Oversight Committee please see here.
If you wish to make a comment / complaint to Defra (the Government Department responsible for the development of the Timber Procurement Policy and managing the contract with CPET), please follow the official Defra complaints procedure here
